At Mumbai Pixels, we take pride in delivering high-quality IT solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. We aim to ensure clarity and transparency in all our dealings. Please read our refund policy carefully before engaging with our services.

1. General Policy

  • All payments made for website design, development, or related IT services are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project agreement or proposal.

2. Project Approval and Live Deployment

  • Once a client approves the final version of the website and it is made live on the client’s domain/server, the project is deemed completed.

  • No refund requests will be entertained once the website has been live and in use for more than 15 days, regardless of any feedback or dissatisfaction raised later.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review and test the website during the development and staging phases before approval.

  • Any change requests after project approval may be treated as a new task and billed separately.

4. Exceptional Cases

  • In rare cases where a refund is granted, it will only cover the portion of work not delivered, and applicable administrative charges may be deducted.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Refunds for third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, premium plugins, or software licenses are subject to the respective provider’s refund policies and are not under our control.
